# Architecture Reconstruction

Onyx-based runtime analysis reconstructs the upstream open-source platform into reviewable stages:

1. request intake and identity propagation
2. retrieval and connector mediation
3. context assembly for RAG
4. agent/tool execution boundaries
5. output validation and audit capture

This artifact documents the independently produced reconstruction used to derive retrofit controls for downstream secure RAG and agent deployments.
